Doctors and Nurses also need holidays, so we are a little shorter of appointments than usual.
This shortage has been exacerbated by the HUGE number of patients who have not attended booked appointments in the last month; this has totalled over 7 hours of GP appts, 7.5 hours of Nurse time and 14 hours of HCA/phlebotomy appts.
This is as maddening for us as it is for you and we would kindly ask that patients do not take their frustration out on our staff. Thank you for your support.
