Catchment area
We can register patients from the following areas:
- Brinklow
- Kents Hill
- Kents Hill Park
- Middleton
- Monkston
- Monkston Park
- Oakgrove
- Wavendon Gate
- Woolstone
We have a strict catchment area and are unable to take from other areas.
Broughton, Brooklands and Glebe farm are outside our area. Please do not request to register if you live in these areas as your registration will be rejected.
Registering with the surgery
To register with the surgery:
- Please use the links below if you are not able to use these options please come to the surgery with your ID and we will give you printed forms
- use the NHS register with a GP surgery: Milton Keynes Village Practice service
- you Can now use Auto Registrations click the link to register via the NHS website you must have a verified NHS Account Register with a GP surgery – NHS
When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.
