The Practice will be closed from the afternoon of Wednesday 24th December until 8am on Monday 29th December then again from the afternoon of 31st December until 8am on Friday 2nd January. If you need medical attention whilst we are closed, in an emergency call 999 otherwise please call 111.
If you are likely to need your repeat medication during this time, please can you put in your request by Thursday 18th December so we can get this processed for you.
