Home Visits The normal place to see the doctor is at the surgery where we have all the equipment and facilities. We can normally see at least three patients in surgery in the time needed for one house call. We will of course visit patients at home where this is medically necessary but in everyone’s interests this service is reserved only for those who are too ill or infirm to be brought to the surgery. If you think you may need a home visit please call the surgery on 01908 393979 as early as possible in the morning. The doctor will then ring you back to discuss your problem before arranging to visit.
Out of hours When the practice is closed our telephone calls are re-routed to 111. There is a charge for this call. MKCCG has a contract with MKUCS (Milton Keynes Urgent Care Services) for providing a service when the surgery is closed at nights and weekends. Alternatively if you call 111 direct there will be no charge for the call. Please remember this service is for urgent out of hours care and advice. Dial 999 in an emergency.
