Adult Social Care Drop in Sessions

Do you have questions about social care, being a carer for someone or just need some information?
Adult social care can be very confusing for people who have never had to engage with it.
It can be difficult to know if you or a loved one either needs care, is eligible for care or what the financial implications are.
The Integrated Community Support Team is setting up drop in sessions in your local medical centre twice a month to help you understand the process and the options better.
These are informal sessions where you can drop in and ask any questions about adult social care you might have or if you just need some advice and pointing in the right direction. No need to book, just turn up.
